Distance learning

If your teams are geographically dispersed, shift working or pressed for time during their normal working day there are still ways that they can develop their skills using the support of Business Genie personnel.

We are experienced in developing distance learning products for staff and supporting them through their development. Support can be either on line, via the telephone or through regular tutorials.

All our management development courses can be provided in a distance learning format with support to meet individual needs.

Where you have a specific learning need you may wish to work closely with us to develop a bespoke distance learning package to meet your needs e.g. Induction package, technical/product knowledge.

Accredited learning and assessment

Organisations and individuals are increasingly required to demonstrate to others their attainment of knowledge and skills. We have specialists who can help you to get started towards different types of accreditation and Assessors who can work with you to structure appropriate training and development.
