When working with you your coach will focus on your specific individual and corporate aspirations to create clear insight, direction and solutions that lead to achievement of identified corporate goals and individual fulfilment.

We work successfully with organisations of all sizes and sectors, recent clients include entrepreneurs, board members, managing directors, operational teams, general practitioners, charity workers, local government teams, and educationalists.

As a result of our experience and customer feedback we have developed the following structure for our business coaching services:

6 to 10 telephone individual coaching sessions of 30, 35 or 60 minutes per session

6 to 10 individual face to face coaching sessions of 1 – 2 hours which tailored to individual needs.

Bespoke group coaching sessions with directors, managers or operational teams.
